Carl is a British sculptor approaching traditional subjects from an innovative angle, his imaginative treatment of natural subjects is characterised through creative lines and distinctive patinations. He has focused on studies of wildlife, game birds, Owls and British garden birds in particular and his approach, whilst undoubtedly contemporary, is to ensure each piece receives the same attention to muscle tone, posture and expression as one would expect from any figurative artist.

Carl has works in private collections around the world. His bird sculptures are cast in bronze and stainless steel as limited editions; each one signed, and numbered.
